Aliqtidar Global is led by Mohammed Asadulla Khan, Founder & Principal Advisor, whose professional experience spans more than two decades across Strategic Human Resources, Executive Search, Organizational Development, Business Operations, and Entrepreneurship.
His career includes leadership experience across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, supporting organizations in strategic HR, executive search, organizational development, and business transformation. Combined with practical business ownership experience and strong academic qualifications in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Hospital Management, he brings a balanced understanding of leadership, organizational capability, and commercial priorities.
His professional development includes certifications in Artificial Intelligence for Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits Management, HR Analytics (Tableau), SAP HR, Oracle HRMS, and ISO 9001 HR Process & Quality Systems.
